I hate doing this, but if it saves someone else the hassle of paying for services “not” rendered, so be it. My son, 13, got the worst cut EVER! I was shocked at how choppy his cut was. There’s no way to blend the layers of “chop.” If I was there for his cut, I would have said something. I can’t believe I had to pay for the mess that is now my son’s hair. I thought the place around the corner was bad... Never again.

Never going back here again! My boyfriend went into get his haircut and the stylist did not do what he asked for at all, basically gave him a buzz cut. She kept apologizing saying she messed up, but didn’t let him even see his hair until the end. Then at the end she tried to blame it on him saying he moved his head.

We are asked to checkin online. They have an appointment of 30 minutes for a check in. I pick the appointment. Drive 25 minutes there to get told the system will only keep you in it for 15 minutes. But you can come back in an hour if you would like to take that appointment. Umm no thanks. Why would the system let you submit the Appoinment if it's not going to honor it. Won't go back
