Walked in and was stared at by two stylists who were working with clients. As I was entering my phone number to check in, an older man came shuffling out of the back and in a loud and rude tone said "Mam, we can't take anyone else today". It was an hour before the paper sign posted on their door indicating alternate hours listed. He was SO rude, it is unlikely we will ever return. His attitude has been snippy previously without any reason, but we just ignored him. This was blatantly rude and he acted like I should have known that an unlocked business, which is advertised as open, was stopping taking customers over an hour before the posted time with no one waiting in their lobby.

I was greeted by an older man who was extremely rude. I called for both of my children to have their hair cut but he misheard me and put down only one child. When my second child was brought inside he rolled his eyes and shook his head then went out back and grabbed another stylist to cut my youngest child’s hair (thank god). When we arrived the older man had asked me some COVID questions. When I did not hear one of the questions he aggressively read it back to me. Took my child’s temperature then shoved the thermometer in my face. My oldest child’s stylist was professional and kind, I believe his name was Zach. Thank you for your patience. You are the only reason I am giving any stars.

Great MVP experience, very nice place, awesome stylist. I found a new, great place to get my hair cut!
